I just received this beautiful Italian cookbook, Venezia Food and Dreams by Tessa Kiros, in the mail today and I am thrilled! I can’t wait to get started cooking her recipes for authentic Venetian fare. This cookbook features mouthwatering recipes, breathtaking photography, and beautiful writing. It’s printed on extremely good quality paper, and the pages are edged in gold. It even has a black velvet bookmark. Pretty, pretty, pretty! I’m going to make the winter squash gnocchi and tiramisu this weekend. Mmmmmmm….
